We were out of town and had a flat tire and it was late, so we stayed here for the night and the rooms were very clean and it was a quiet area.
We gighky recommeneld this hotel! We traveled with 2 small children. Room was clean and comfortable, and quiet! The breakfast was very nice, and all staff members were kind, courteous and professional. We will definitely be staying there when we visit the Minden area, again.
Room was nice, just a couple things needed attention. Bathroom door scrubbed floor and was hard to close. Freezer in the mini fridge was frozen over and had ice from previous guest lodged in it. The light by the bed didn't work. These were minor things. The top complaint was it had the worst continental breakfast ever! Sausage tasted like a mystery meat, Biscuits were cold and hard, should have been kept on the steam table. Orange juice wasn't fit to drink.
Everything was fine other than the bed was like sleeping on the ground. Hard as a rock. Room was very clean and service was great. Just stayed for the night as part of a longer trip
Stayed the night while driving through the area during w motorcycles. The room was very clean, including bedding, shower and toilet, and seating. Great pillows and sheets. The mattress was very comfortable. The shower was hot and had great pressure. Loved the room. Continental breakfast was mostly standard but the person stocking the breakfast area was also manning the front desk. No issues when checking either in or out. The location was right off the highway so great for those passing through.
Everyone was amazing from the young lady at the front desk to the house keeping staff. The rooms were super clean and well kept. Would definitely stay here again. MICHAEL DAVID HAMMOND APPROVED!!!
Lori was GREAT! From the phone call to greeting to check in. Room was great. Lori even came by to make sure everything was in order. Even asked if my pup could have a treat, which she dropped off. I would recommend this location. Right off I-20. Thanks for a great stay!!!
Lori at the Front desk was 5 star she helped us so much. The whole motel was spotless. The room was quiet and very comfortable. My granddaughter loved the clean pool as did other guests. I highly recommend this motel.
